Jimmy Girot is a personal trainer, exercise physiologist, and post-rehab exercise specialist. Jimmy’s area of expertise is post-rehab exercise management for knee replacements and knee injuries. Jimmy also enjoys working with clients on disease prevention, injury prevention, and athletic performance. In addition to specialized coaching, Jimmy enjoys public speaking, writing, startup advising, and recording his podcast — The Jimmy Girot Podcast.

At the age of 13, Jimmy Girot began walking to a local fitness center after school to train for football. A passion for exercise science quickly emerged and Jimmy carried that passion into college and beyond.
Jimmy graduated from Hanover College with a BA in Health and Movement Studies. While at Hanover, a private liberal arts institution, Jimmy played four seasons of NCAA football and was involved in a number of student organizations.
After graduation, Jimmy managed a high-end training center for four years. He then managed corporate fitness for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.
A lifelong writer and emerging keynote speaker, Jimmy’s work has been featured on media outlets such as TownePost Network, WTHR-13 News, and Fox 59 News.
